The votes have been cast, the people have spoken – Bernie Sanders has won the primary in the state of Wisconsin.
The percentage tally, which will change as all outstanding votes come in (some predict a wider margin), stands at:
Bernie Sanders: 53.2%
Hillary Clinton: 46.6%
Who says Bernie is out of this game? Seems it actually just got even more interesting as they now head to a debate before another primary in New York.
Clinton had been leading in New York very early on in the race, but Sanders is showing the tenacity that keeps coming back and brings about the unexpected.
Bernie Sanders has won six of the last seven states in the Democratic nomination process.
