Don’t forget to set your clocks an hour ahead when you go to bed tonight.  For those of you working night shift, it’s that time of year again when you actually get excited at 2:00 a.m. and suddenly find an hour quickly gone by!

The idea in out modern age is that this time change allows for more preferred “active hours” during the day as well as conserving energy.  Whether or not that is true is a matter of debate.

If you wake up in the morning with a strange sense of jetlag, just go back to sleep and try to make it up.  This time change seems to be hardest for many.
