Content Types and Specifications
Important Notes and Indexing
To ensure a smooth collaboration, please be aware of the following non-negotiable policies:
- All payments must be made in full prior to publication (bulk orders must be paid in full regardless of schedule).
- Content is published within 24โ72 business hours after payment is received.
- We do not accept affiliate partnerships or link exchanges of any kind.
- We do not publish or link to adult content or websites featuring explicit material under any circumstances.
We maintain a clear and straightforward pricing model. With a Domain Authority of 55 and strong organic metrics (Ahrefs DR 60+), our rates are both competitive and below market average for sites of comparable quality and visibility.
While most content on Brewminate is typically indexed by Google within 1โ3 days, we cannot guarantee exact timing, as indexing is solely controlled by Googleโs algorithms.
If a newly published article has not been indexed after three (3) business days, we will submit it manually through Google Search Console as a courtesy. However, we cannot and do not guarantee inclusion in Googleโs index, regardless of submission method.
For clarity, we do not re-submit older articles when a new link is added to existing content. Once an article is published and indexed, any future changes are subject to Google’s own crawl schedule and discretion.
As Google itself states:โAfter a page URL is known, it can take some time (up to a few weeks) before Google crawls some or all of your site. Indexing is never instant, even when you submit a crawl request directly. Google doesn’t guarantee that all pages everywhere will make it into the Google index.โ
Publication Timeline and Duration
All content placements are published within 24โ72 business hours after payment is received via PayPal. Publication occurs Monday through Friday, typically between 9:00 a.m. and 12:00 p.m. (U.S. Central Time).
Please note: No publications are scheduled on Saturdays or Sundays.
Sponsored posts and paid link placements remain live for one year.
Clarification on Niche Category Content
Please note that niche category placementsโsuch as those related to regulated industries (e.g., gambling, CBD, cryptocurrency, dating, etc.)โapply strictly to contextual link or article placement within relevant editorial content.
Brewminate does not promote, endorse, or sell any products or services associated with these industries.
Restricted Content Types
We do not accept content or links related to:
- Adult material or explicit content
- Firearms or weapons
- Hate speech, misinformation, or conspiracy material
- Unlicensed medical advice
- Affiliate programs or link exchanges
Content Guidelines
Word Count and Topic
There are no strict word count requirements for submitted articles. However, we strongly prefer content that aligns with our siteโs focus on history, philosophy, literature, and related liberal arts topics.
If your content includes links related to regulated industries (such as gaming or finance), we recommend framing them within a relevant historical or educational context. For example, an article exploring gambling practices in ancient Rome or any other era would be an ideal fit.
Images and Visual Formatting
To maintain consistency with our siteโs visual theme, all articles include a featured image and a primary image displayed at the top of the post, just beneath the site banner.
You are welcome to submit one or more images with your article. However, please note:
If no primary image is provided for the top of the article, we will select one that fits the content and tone of the piece.
The featured image, which supports layout continuity, is selected at our discretion and does not appear within the post itself.
Post Presentation and Visibility
All published content is fully integrated into our siteโs editorial stream and upon publication is not labeled as โguestโ or โsponsored.โ
Posts appear indistinguishably alongside our regular articles and are guaranteed to remain live for a minimum of one (1) year from the date of publication.
Please take notice that original publication dates of posts, either guest posts you provide or posts in which you place links, will never be changed for any reason and will not “re-index” content.
Internal Linking
Each sponsored post must include at least two internal links to other relevant Brewminate articles. This supports contextual value and improves site navigation. If you do not provide preferred internal links from Brewminate, we will select and insert them ourselves.
Content Placement Agreement
The following agreement is entered into by everyone submitting content, as stipulated by Paypal payment:
This Content Placement Agreement (the โAgreementโ) is made and entered between the submitting advertiser, hereafter referred to as โAuthorโ, and Brewminate.com, Inc., hereafter referred to as โCompanyโ and/or “the Company”. The Company operates the Web site at Brewminate.com (the โSiteโ). Entrance into the agreement is signified by receipt of payment from Author for requested Work.
In consideration of the covenants and conditions hereinafter set forth, Company and Author agree as follows:
1. POSTS
Author is submitting various writings for the Company to consider posting to the Site from time to time (the โWorkโ), which may include articles, blogs, contextual link placements, and other content. Company hereby agrees to consider posting Authorโs Work on the Site or on other sites affiliated with the Company, in exchange for the rights granted to the Company hereunder by Author. It is within the sole and absolute discretion of Company as to whether or not it uses or continues to post to a Web site any of the Work, and Company may remove the Author-posted Work from its Web site or other sites affiliated with the Company at any time for any reason without notice.
2. RIGHTS TO COMPANY
(a) The Work is being commissioned by the Company on a โwork for hireโ basis as such term is defined under U.S. copyright law.
(b) Subject to Section 4, Author hereby irrevocably grants and assigns to the Company, its successors and assigns, the right, by itself or with others, throughout the world, to print, publish, republish, distribute, post on web sites, and transmit the Work and to prepare, publish, distribute, post on Web sites, and transmit derivative Works based thereon, in English and in all other languages, in all media of expression now known or later developed, and to license or permit others to do so.
3. DELIVERY OF WORK
The final text for the Work shall be submitted via the Companyโs email addresses, content placement platform (if applicable), or other electronic format specified by the Company.
The Work will be published within 24 to 72 hours after receipt of payment as specified in this agreement and will remain on Company’s site for one (1) full year from the date of publication.
For an initial promotional period of up to six months, links remain standard and undisclosed. After this period, Brewminate reserves the right to apply appropriate disclosure and link attributes (e.g., adding rel=”nofollow” or rel=”sponsored”), in accordance with evolving editorial and search engine policies and guidelines.
These adjustments, if made, are for long-term compliance and do not affect the initial placement, six-month promotional period guarantee of no attributes at the time of publication, and one-year live status.
4. RIGHTS OF THE AUTHOR
Author shall have the following rights, and only the following rights, with respect to the Work:
(a) The Authorโs byline, if requested, will be included as part of the post.
(b) Author shall have the right to post the Work elsewhere for any remuneration or compensation the Author desires with any other party.
(c) Author has the right to include the Work in books or e-books.
5. ATTRIBUTION
If the Company uses the Work on sites other than Brewminate.com, the attribution may at the discretion of the Company also include a reference link to Brewminate.com or other sites.
6. CHANGES, EDITS AND COPYRIGHTS
(a) Company shall have the right, in its sole discretion, to edit, revise, modify, or delete any portion of the Work at any time, without approval from or notice to Author.
(b) Company may add to pages containing the Work hyperlinks, internal navigation elements, boxes linking to other articles, products, or services, advertisements, or other content, as determined solely by the Company.
(c) Company reserves the full and exclusive right to edit, modify, or adjust any submitted or published content for editorial, stylistic, technical, legal, or search optimization purposes. This includes, but is not limited to, changes to the post title, meta title, meta description, Rank Math subtitle, internal linking, formatting, images, layout, and placement. Such edits are made at Brewminateโs sole discretion to maintain site quality, consistency, compliance, and search visibility, and shall not constitute a breach of this Agreement or grounds for refund.
7. OWNERSHIP OF INFORMATION
Any and all data and information concerning usage and readers of the Work on Brewminate.com shall be deemed solely owned by the Company. Any use of Company’s name or trademark(s) by Author shall require prior and written authorization from Company.
8. POLICIES
Author agrees to comply with all editorial policies of the Company established from time to time by the Company and made available to Author.
9. PAYMENT
Author will pay the Company via Paypal using the email address sales@brewminate.com unless other payment arrangements are made using other methods. Whether paying directly or via invoice, payment from Author signifies voluntary entrance into this agreement for publication of the Work.
10. WARRANTIES
Author represents and warrants that the Author has the right to enter into this Agreement and owns and can convey the rights granted to the Company; the Work contains no libelous or unlawful material or instructions that may cause harm, damage, or injury; the Work will not infringe upon or violate any copyright, trademark, trade secret or other right or the privacy of others; and the Work does not contain any affiliate links or link to link farms; and statements in the Work asserted as fact are true or based upon generally accepted professional research practices. Author represents that the Work as provided by Author is professional of a high grade nature and quality.
11. INDEMNITY
Author agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold the Company and its successors, officers, directors, agents, shareholders, and employees harmless from any and all actions, causes of action, claims, demands, cost, liabilities, expenses and damages arising out of, or in connection with any breach of this Agreement by Author.
12. RELATIONSHIP OF PARTIES
Author is independent of the Company. Nothing in this Agreement shall be construed as creating an employer-employee relationship, as a guarantee of future employment or engagement, or as a limitation upon the Companyโ sole discretion to cease using Authorโs services or posting Authorโs Work. Author shall provide the Company with satisfactory proof of independent status if requested.
13. MISCELLANEOUS
(a) Governing Law. This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas without regard to conflict of law principles.
(b) Entire Agreement. This Agreement, contains the entire agreement and understanding between the parties hereto and supersedes any prior or contemporaneous written or oral agreements, representations and warranties between them respecting the subject matter hereof.
(c) Amendment. This Agreement may be amended only by a writing signed by Author and by a duly authorized representative of the Company.
(d) Severability. If any term, provision, covenant or condition of this Agreement, or the application thereof to any person, place or circumstance, shall be held to be invalid, unenforceable or void, the remainder of this Agreement and such term, provision, covenant or condition as applied to other persons, places and circumstances shall remain in full force and effect.
(e) Construction. The headings and captions of this Agreement are provided for convenience only and are intended to have no effect in construing or interpreting this Agreement. The language in all parts of this Agreement shall be in all cases construed according to its fair meaning and not strictly for or against either party. Any rule of construction to the effect that ambiguities are to be resolved against the drafting party shall not apply to interpreting this Agreement.
(f) Rights Cumulative. The rights and remedies provided by this Agreement are cumulative, and the exercise of any right or remedy by either party hereto (or by its successor), whether pursuant to this Agreement, to any other agreement, or to law, shall not preclude or waive its right to exercise any or all other rights and remedies.
(g) Nonwaiver. No failure or neglect of either party hereto in any instance to exercise any right, power or privilege hereunder or under law shall constitute a waiver of any other right, power or privilege or of the same right, power or privilege in any other instance. All waivers by either party hereto must be contained in a written instrument signed by the party to be charged and, in the case of the Company, by an officer of the Company or other person duly authorized by the Company.
(h) Remedy for Breach. The parties hereto agree that, in the event of breach or threatened breach of any covenants of Author, the damage or imminent damage to the value and the goodwill of the Companyโs business shall be inestimable, and that therefore any remedy at law or in damages shall be inadequate. Accordingly, the parties hereto agree that the Company shall be entitled to injunctive relief against Author in the event of any breach or threatened breach of any of such provisions by Author, in addition to any other relief (including damages) available to the Company under this Agreement or under law.
(i) Notices. Any notice, request, consent or approval required or permitted to be given under this Agreement or pursuant to law shall be sufficient if in writing, and if and when sent by certified or registered mail, with postage prepaid or by email, to Authorโs residence, or business address or email address, or to the Companyโs principal office, as the case may be.
(j) Disputes. Any controversy, claim or dispute arising out of or relating to this Agreement or the relationship of the parties, either during the existence of the relationship or afterwards, between the parties hereto, their permitted assignees, their affiliates, their attorneys, or agents, shall be resolved solely and exclusively by confidential binding arbitration in San Francisco under the commercial arbitration rules of JAMS in effect at the time of the commencement of the arbitration, before one arbitrator. Each party shall bear its own attorney fees and costs and 50% of the arbitratorโs fees and costs. Any claim or dispute arising out of or relating to this Agreement or the relationship of the parties may only be brought on an individual basis and not by a class action or multiple party action.
(k) Assignment. The engagement of Author is personal and Author may not assign or subcontract any of his rights or obligations hereunder. The rights of the Company hereunder are freely assignable, transferable, and licensable.
14. SEO POLICY: LINK ATTRIBUTES, STANDARDS, ETC.
Attributes
All links included in sponsored content or link insertions will have the attributes rel="noreferrer noopener" along with the standard target="_blank". This is a security best practice to:
- Prevent the new tab from having access to the originating window via JavaScript (
noopener), - Avoid passing referrer information (
noreferrer).
These security-related attributes do not affect link functionality. Post and link attributes related to sponsorship or disclosure may be applied in accordance with Brewminateโs editorial and compliance policies.
Brewminate does not guarantee permanent undisclosed placement of paid links. All sponsored content is subject to editorial review, disclosure standards, and periodic policy updates.
Link Diversity Encouraged
To maintain natural backlink profiles, clients are encouraged to diversify anchor text and target URLs rather than repeatedly linking with exact-match anchors.
No Link Exchanges or Reciprocal Linking
Brewminate does not participate in reciprocal linking schemes, as these can harm SEO credibility.
Link Monitoring and Maintenance
Brewminate periodically reviews sponsored links and content to ensure ongoing compliance and SEO integrity; links may be removed if found harmful or obsolete. Link attributes and disclosures may be adjusted over time to comply with editorial standards and platform policies.
URL and Redirect Policy
Only direct URLs without cloaking or deceptive redirects will be accepted to ensure transparency and compliance with search engines.
Client Responsibility for Landing Pages
Clients must ensure their landing pages comply with Googleโs guidelines, provide a good user experience, and do not contain spammy or malicious content.
Transparency and Disclosure
While sponsored posts are not labeled as such on the site, Brewminate complies with applicable laws regarding sponsorship disclosures when required. Post and link attributes and disclosures may be adjusted over time to comply with editorial standards and platform policies.
No Keyword Stuffing
All sponsored content and guest posts must avoid keyword stuffing or unnatural link placement that could trigger search engine penalties.
Quality Control Standards
Sponsored posts must meet Brewminateโs editorial standards for originality, grammar, and relevance. Low-quality or duplicate content will be rejected.
Disclosure of Sponsored Content
Even though posts are not labeled as ads on Brewminate, clients must ensure compliance with their own jurisdictionโs disclosure laws regarding sponsored content and affiliate marketing.

Brewminate retains sole discretion over final publication decisions, and submission does not guarantee acceptance. All collaborations must align with our mission of quality, relevance, and transparency.
Some advertisers may contact you via third-party agencies. Only direct communication through this page guarantees accurate pricing and placement terms.
